CONTEXT
I was responsible for the entire user experience for this project. I helped define MVP features, developed wireframes, and created interactive prototypes to test user flows, along with sitemaps.
It was a close collaboration between game designers, UX (myself), UI artists, and developers. I worked across disciplines, acting as a bridge between teams to streamline communication and ensure alignment.
Throughout this project I was the main point of contact for everything related to the UX, therefore I took part in sprint planning and task time estimates.

Avatar Selection
Here our players are able to browse through all of their available avatars and pick which one to play as.

Besides all of the hands-on UX work, I was also participating in sprint planning and time estimations with the other Leads. I ended up as the main point of contact for all things related to UX and overviewing the UI team.
